Watchlist Wars stores the minimum needed to run your leagues: your email address, display name, and the gameplay records you create — teams, drafts, rosters, lineups, waiver claims, matchups and standings.

Gameplay data is visible to the other managers in the leagues you join. Your email address is not shown to other managers.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. Market data is retrieved from a third-party market data provider (Twelve Data) using only stock symbols — no information about you is sent to them.

We record basic in-app activity — sign-ups, league creation, drafts and screen usage — to understand how the product is used and to keep it running. This is stored with your account and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Accounts and sign-in are handled by our hosting and database provider on our behalf. Your password is never visible to us.

Deleting your account. Open your profile and choose Delete account to permanently remove your login, display name, notifications and activity records. Past league results remain in your leagues under a retired-manager placeholder so other managers’ records stay accurate. You can also email support@watchlistwars.com and we will delete the account for you.
