Watchlist Wars is a fantasy sports-style entertainment platform. By creating an account you agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

No securities are purchased, sold, shorted or held through Watchlist Wars. Scoring is derived from publicly reported market data and is used for gameplay purposes only. Nothing on this service is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to transact in any security.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for activity that takes place in leagues you create or join. Commissioners are responsible for the conduct of their own leagues.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete or corrected after the fact. Watchlist Wars makes no warranty of accuracy and is not liable for outcomes based on that data.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content. The only content managers create here is display names and team names. Abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable names are not permitted. Names are filtered automatically, any manager can report a name in the app or by emailing support@watchlistwars.com, reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and offending content and the accounts behind it are removed.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, cheating, or attempts to disrupt leagues or the market data service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Watchlist Wars after an update means you accept the revised terms.
